The United Methodist Men support two end hunger programs: 

• Society of St. Andrews (SoSA)
  Annually we host potato drops in several of our districts, where 20 tons of potatoes are received from SoSA and distribute to local churches, food banks, and individuals. However, this ministry needs everyone's support because the cost by SoSA is almost $5,000 per truck load.  Hamp Conway, Jr., BWC UMM President is asking all churches to give just $50 per year for this ministry, which will raise over $30,000.  All the funds raised go directly to SoSA.  To contribute send a check to BWC Mission Center 11711 E.   Fulton, MD 20759.  Make the check out to BWC UMM and in the memo write SoSA Potatoes.

• Rise Against Hunger
  This food ministry provides meals for food insecure children around the world as well as those impacted by natural disasters. Each meal costs $0.34 each and your church can host a meal packing event to package and ship 10,000 to 60,000 meals all in two hours.
