Greetings Brothers and friends in Christ,
As the prayer advocate for the BWC UM Men, I have written these guiding principles and share the foundation of my faith, service, and leadership skills.
A life centered on God and Jesus Christ has taught me the importance of balance, purpose, humility, and boldness. I have learned that in work, family, health, leadership, and religion, faith provides the foundation for wise choices, steady service, and meaningful influence.
What I believe is that balance and work begin with God. Trusting His direction helps me manage responsibilities with peace, discipline, honesty, integrity, and care, turning daily challenges into service that reflects His purpose.
What life has taught me is that family and health are gifts and responsibilities from God. Strong families are built through prayer, patience, forgiveness, and love, while caring for the body, mind, and spirit allows people to serve with strength and clarity.
What I have learned is that leadership, religion, and faith give meaning to each step. Prayer, worship, scripture, and service keep the heart connected to God, while humility keeps people teachable and boldness gives them courage to stand for what is right.
My hope and prayer are that we continue to walk in faith, trust God’s timing, and become people who bring peace, courage, and love into every place we are called to serve.
In Jesus name we pray. Amen
