Annapolis District UMM Family Picnic

Plans are being prepared for a our Annapolis District UMMen Family picnic with fried fish, chicken and crab cakes. We are looking for UMM or Church softball teams and horseshoe, badminton and volley balls teams to participate in a tournament. Greater Washington District UMM Annual Fun Day

The Greater Washington District United Methodist Men (GWD UMMen ) will provide the hotdogs for this special Greater Washington District FUN Day on Sat. Carroll County Community Breakfast

6:00 am - 12:00 pm WESTMINSTER UMC 165 E Main St., Westminster MD 21157

All are invited to the Westminster Community breakfast sponsored by the Westminster UMMen and the Carroll County Salvation Army. It will be held at the church here in Westminster. We will need help setting up, cooking food, washing dishes, and serving. Our contribution will be coffee, juice, and iced tea* as the salvation army is getting the food. Please volunteer.

St. Mark’s UMC Emancipation Day 5K Run/Walk for Diabetes

This year marks the 6 th Annual Emancipation Day 5K Run/Walk for diabetes. The event kicks off the Emancipation Day Celebration on the first Saturday in September. The net proceeds from the 5K benefit patients at the University of Maryland Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology Midtown through a variety of outreach initiatives, including the Breakfast to Go Program. This year the 5K Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018…Rain or Shine. The course is USATF Certified and professionally timed by Blue Cheetah Sports Timing.
