 Plans are underway for the annual North AA County HUNGER WALK.  The 2009 HUNGER WALK was a great success with 11 organizations joining us in raising $12,685.  From this amount we were able to present $3,171 to the North County Emergency Outreach Network (NCEON).  We were blessed with a beautiful day enjoyed by the 110 walkers who participated.   
 
Sunday, September 26, 2010 is the date for this year's HUNGER WALK.  We certainly hope that your church will be able to join us.  Registration will start at 1:00 PM with the walk starting at 1:30 PM.  More details at the Recruiters Rally on August 19, 2010 at GBUMC.  Time 7:30 PM
 
We will walk along the B & A Trail in Glen Burnie starting at the Glen Burnie United Methodist Church on 2nd Avenue to Jumpers Junction Mall Shopping Center and return to the church. Water stations will be setup at Marley Station Mall and Harundale Mall. Refreshments will be served for all walkers after the walk.
 
We would love to make this year's North AA County HUNGER WALK the best ever!   So please mark these dates on you calendar.  Thank you for your support to stop hunger in our community.
